For the past decade, TM Studio has supported and educated young Christian professionals to spread the love of Christ through films and services that combine graceful storytelling, hopeful artistry, and creative inspiration. Today, our story continues to impact the world with the message of hope.

There are many compelling stories out there that draw our attention, but we believe there is only one true success story that can truly change lives—the story of Jesus Christ. We want to fill in the pages of this story that left indelible impressions on all of us.

“Since starting as a prayer group of young adults with an interest in film in 2010, we were able to host the first Bread and Fish Film Festival (BNF) in October 2012 and establish a film organization named THEREMOVEMENT (Now TM Studio) in 2013, all by the grace of God. We are still lacking in many aspects. I confess to God every day that I am an individual unfit for the role of a CEO, but I have come to write to you today in hopes of living in obedience to God’s command.
Our organization first started in 2010 as a small prayer group made up of passionate filmmakers. In just two years, we hosted our first Bread and Fish Film Festival. I believe that TM Studio is God’s culture and influence in the film industry.
Therefore, as all creations aim to be redeemed by the Cross, we hope to redeem the essence of the film, seeking influential films, as well as the path that God wishes to implement in his plan. We hope to be able to walk in the path of creating films that are not swayed by mere numbers, the popularity of the public, nor reliant on technology, but although lacking, are filled with our genuine love for God and neighbors, love the world as God loves us, and embrace those who are alienated and in need.
The Bread and Fish Film Festival continues to take on this work, by continuously concerning ourselves with how to approach and interact with the community. In addition, we prepare and question how we can broaden film education and production. We believe that this is something we cannot achieve alone, therefore, rather than exist as a separate entity, we hope to become a part of the film industry and coordinate with other organizations, walking towards this goal together. If you are an individual or organization who is passionate about finding God’s kingdom within the film industry, we hope that you will join us in this journey.
